At the heart of Bergerac’s ‘Maison des Vins’, (House of Wines), the Récollets cloister has forever been linked to the history of the Bergarac vineyard and its people. Nowadays, this building erected around an elegant inner courtyard, in the center of the old Bergerac, has maintained its 17th Century look whilst lending the beauty of its stones to the requirements of the ‘Maison des Vins’, House of wines, and of the Inter Professional Committee for the wines of the Bergerac Region.
