The quality chart

We the winegrowers of Bergerac, take all possible measures to satisfy the visitors who come to our cellars to taste our products, discover our expertise and receive a warm welcome.

1. Respect the opening hours announced on the wine guide and at the entrance of our chateaux.
2. Maintenance of the surroundings: cleanliness, gardens and safety.
3. Indications at the entrance of the property with a Wine guide sign, and signs for the parking area and the toilets.
4. To offer a warm welcome, functional reception area representative of the terroir.
5. To respect the rules of wine tasting : uncorking, wine temperature, cleanliness and adapted glasses, availability of a spittoon, diversity of the wines proposed and a helpful service.
6. To display the prices of the products.
7. Distribution of the Wine guide and availability of other touristic brochures.
